Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 靴元部は、自動車運転時等の擦り蹴り等による損傷がは
げしく、そのそれぞれの時点での履き替える等は、面倒
なため容易にカバーとして脱着出来るとともに、そのま
Ｓ歩行しても奇兵に感じない密着した１体形のものの必
要は誰しも考えるところであるが、靴形状がまちまちの
ため、これの発明は容易に出現せず、単に相似形状のも
のを弾性体を利用して着脱する程度のものであった。
本発明は、靴元部形状に密着し、歩行時に脱落しないよ
うに、これと一体で、か文と外周に合わせて成型したも
のを、かｇと部に係合せしめるようにしたもので、これ
を図面により詳細に説明すると、特にいたみ易い靴元部
１，１′の両側面をおＳい密着しうる形状の保護カバー
２を、そのががと部においていたみやすい底部近辺をお
おいうるよう展開形状を二等辺三角形状にし、その等辺
３゜３′の元部両端４，４′を輪状にし展開形状を矩形
にして、靴かがと部の靴底凹部５に引掛けて保持するよ
うにしているが、これを一体として硬質プラスチック等
では、靴形状がまちまちのため成形出来ない。
従って熱収縮性ビニールフィルムをチューブ状にし、そ
の内周長を靴かがと部の外周の適正倍数範囲のものにし
、その適正倍数範囲は、熱収縮率の逆算倍以内の範囲と
し靴寸法の任意のものに収縮範囲で間に合う形とする。
その裁断は、かマと部の高さ６を残して等辺３，３′部
分を斜めに切断し、その形状を適正なゆるい曲線にする
とともに頂点部７に適正な丸みをもたせ、同一形状のも
のの両側端を接着して円筒状にするか、あるいは、円筒
状のものを偏平にして打抜くかして行うものとする。
このように裁断したものを再びチューブ状にふくらませ
て靴か又と部および元部側面を適正予定位置におき、ド
ライヤー、等により収縮すると靴か譬と部および靴元部
１，１′に密着して、簡易には脱落せず、また収縮たて
よこの率をそれぞれ選択したフィルムを用いると、引張
り成型されて等辺３，３′はしいたけ状にもならず必要
に応して頂点部７は外方にそって着脱時のつまみに利用
出来るようにも密着するようにも成型出来る。
また案内凸部８を、かｇと挿入時の案内として設けても
よい。
このように、本発明は、それぞれの固有の靴形状に密着
し、しかも靴かがと部に幾分の有線をもたせるためには
あらかじめ薄紙等の下おおいを靴にかぶせた後成形する
とさながら靴を履く感覚で容易に脱着出来るようにもな
る。
しかも密着しているためフィルムを靴の色と一致させる
と殆ど靴そのものと見分けられず脱着の必要もない。
また女性ハイヒール等は強度にも役目を果し、使い捨て
とする程度の安価なもので、しかも都度自作出来る。
即ち靴金型をわづか数分類型状のフィルムで簡易に成型
出来る点他に類例を見ない。
勿論フィルム厚さを１鬼程度の浮型にして、本格的靴保
護のものも適用出来る。

第１図は、本製造方法によって作られた保護カバーを使
用している状態を示す斜視図、第２図は保護カバーの斜
視図、第３図は円筒状フィルムを偏平にして打抜く型状

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １ 熱収縮性ビニールをチューブ状にし、その内周長が
    、靴かかと部の外周長の収縮率逆算倍内の適正範囲内の
    ものを、その展開形状が靴かがと係合部の矩形状と、靴
    元部側面保護部の二等辺三角形状とを結合した形状に成
    形するについて、これの折りたたみ形状の収縮前寸法に
    、打抜または、切り取り、これを円筒状に開いて、靴元
    部およびかがと部を予定位置に嵌挿したのち、ドライヤ
    ー等にて均等加熱収縮せしめ、任意の形状の靴元部を中
    子として密着成型する靴元部保護カバーの製造方法。
