Conventionally, through-type ceramic capacitors have used a tubular dielectric body with an inner thin-film terminal on the inner hole surface and an outer thin-film terminal on the outer circumferential surface of the capacitor. It is known that when attaching a lead wire to the head of the nail-shaped inner terminal and the tip on the opposite side, the lead wire is attached to the circular flat plate surface of the nail-shaped head and the round bar-shaped tip. It had the disadvantage that it could not be made strong and could easily break.

Another purpose is to reduce the weight of the terminal to prevent the strength of the printed circuit board from deteriorating, and to shorten the soldering time and improve work efficiency.

This invention will be explained with reference to the accompanying drawings. An inner thin film terminal 1 is fitted into the inner thin film terminal 2b of a ceramic capacitor 3, which has an outer thin film terminal 2a1 on the outer surface of a tubular dielectric body and an inner thin film terminal 2b on the inner surface thereof, with good electrical contact. Further, a flange-shaped outer terminal 2 is provided on the outer thin film terminal 2a to constitute a through-type ceramic capacitor.

The internal terminals 1 are attached to both ends of a horizontal plate 6, which corresponds to the head of the T-shaped metal plate 5 shown in FIG. 6, which is cut out from a thin metal plate.
For example, by providing arc-shaped notches 1a, 1a and making a substantially circular hole 1b in the center, and then bending the horizontal plate 6 symmetrically so as to overlap at the center, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, form into something.

Therefore, the section marked by ■-■ in Fig. 2 has a roughly U-shaped gutter-like cross section as shown in Fig. 5, and when its head is viewed from the left side of Fig. 2, it becomes as shown in Fig. 4. .

Since the present invention has the above-described structure, the radial recesses formed by the arc-shaped notches 1a, 1a provided on the head of the inner terminal 1 and the radial recesses formed by the curved hole 1b have free directions. By winding the lead wire extending from the inner surface perpendicularly to the inner surface terminal, inserting the lead wire into the curved hole 1b and winding it, or inserting the lead wire into the horizontal bottom part 1c and caulking it. An extremely strong lead wire mounting portion can be constructed, and by soldering it becomes even more solid, making it difficult for the lead wire to break.

Since the internal terminal of this invention is cut out from a thin metal plate and shaped into a gutter, there is no decrease in mechanical strength compared to nail-shaped terminals, and the heat capacity during soldering is small and the temperature rises quickly.
When conveying printed circuit boards on a conveyor, etc., time can be significantly reduced and work efficiency can be increased.Furthermore, since the shape of the inner terminal is linear, it is easy for the solder to enter the soldering part, making it strong. Can be soldered.

Furthermore, since it is light in weight, it is possible to prevent damage to the board to which a large number of through-type ceramic capacitors and through-type insulated terminals are attached, especially when used in vibrating equipment.

That is, the inner surface terminal of the present invention is not limited to a through-type ceramic capacitor, but can of course be applied to a through-type insulated terminal using an insulator mainly having insulating properties.
