PURPOSE:To simplify structure, and to improve construction capability by partitioning an indoor apparatus mounting material into the suction side and the exhaust side and forming each path for suction, exhaust and a piping to a ventilating device installed at indoors and a through-duct for connecting an indoor apparatus in the air conditioner having a ventilating function. CONSTITUTION:The through-duct 12 is divided into the path 14 for suction, the path 15 for exhaust and the path 16 for the piping, and the indoor unit 1 mounting material 13 is also partitioned into the suction side and the exhaust side by a parting plate 24, and communicated with the suction and exhaust paths 14, 15 of te through-duct 12.
