Abstract

PURPOSE:To compact the main body of an unit and reduce the electric power consumption of a fan for air-conditioning, by a method wherein a total heat exchanger, the fan for air-conditioning and a heat exchanger are arranged in parallel while an indoor air intake is provided so as to be neighbored to the fan for air-conditioning and a fan for sucking and discharging air. CONSTITUTION:When the operation of the title unit is started while sending cooling and beating water to a heat exchanger 36, air flows into an indoor air intake 39 and is blown off from a supplying port 37 through an air- conditioning fan 35 and the heat exchanger 36. One part of indoor air, which flows through the indoor air intake 39 by an exhaust fan 26, flows from a first opening 31 into an upper chamber 41 through an exhaust opening 32 and is discharged to the outside of the room through an outdoor exhaust port 38. Outdoor air flows through an atmosphere intake 28 into the upper chamber 41 by a suction fan 25 through a suction air opening 29, a suction air communicating port 43 and a total heat exchanger 22, then, flows into an air-conditioning room 33 through the second opening 45 of a second partitioning plate 30 and is mixed with the indoor air, thereafter, is blown off through the supplying port 37.

EXAMPLE An example of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2. The main body 21 of the ventilation air conditioning unit includes a total heat exchanger room 23 equipped with a known total heat exchanger 22, an intake fan 25 that is divided by a first partition plate 24, and takes in outside air, and an exhaust fan that exhausts indoor air. 26 and an intake/exhaust blower 27 are provided. On the side of the intake fan 25, there is an intake opening 2 communicating with the outside air intake 28 and the total heat exchanger chamber 23.
9 and the exhaust fan 26 side are provided with an exhaust opening 32 that communicates with the total heat exchanger chamber 23 through the first opening 31 of the second partition plate 30. The air conditioning room 33 divided by the second partition plate 3o is equipped with an air conditioning blower 36 fixed to a motor plate 34, and a heat exchanger 36 through which cold and hot water flows, and the total heat exchanger 22 and the heat Exchangers 36 are arranged side by side, and a supply port 37 for supplying into the room is connected to the heat exchanger 3.
6. Therefore, the air-conditioning blower 35 and the air intake/exhaust blower 27 are both provided close to each other with the second partition plate 3o in between. The total heat exchanger chamber 23 is provided with an outdoor exhaust port 38 through which indoor air is exhausted to the outside. Further, an indoor air intake port 39 is provided below the air conditioning blower 36 provided in the air conditioning room 33, that is, facing the ceiling surface. The total heat exchanger 22 of the total heat exchanger room 23 includes:
As shown in FIG. 2, a third partition plate 42 is provided to partition the lower chamber 40 and the upper chamber 41, and an intake fan 26 and an intake opening are connected to each other by an exhaust fan 26 on the lower chamber 40 side. 29 and an air communication port 43 and an exhaust communication port 44 provided corresponding to the exhaust opening 32.

In the above configuration, when the heat exchanger 36 is air-conditioned while passing cold and hot water and the operation is started to ventilate the room, air flows from the room (ceiling surface) into the indoor air intake port 39 and the air-conditioning blower 35, passes through a heat exchanger 36, and is again blown into the room through a supply port 37. On the other hand, ventilation
A part of the indoor air that has flowed in from the indoor air intake port 39 by the exhaust fan 26 as exhaust air is passed from the first opening 31 through the exhaust opening 32 as shown by arrow A, and further through the exhaust communication port 44, and is completely exhausted. (one side of the heat exchanger 22) flows downward into the upper chamber 41 and is exhausted outdoors through the outdoor exhaust port 38.

In addition, as for intake air, outdoor air flows in from the outside air intake port 28 by the intake fan 25, passes through the intake fan 26, the intake opening 29, the intake communication port 43, and passes through one side of the total heat exchanger 22. It flows into the upper chamber 41 as indicated by arrow B shown in FIG.
The air flows into the air, is sucked by the air conditioning blower 35, is mixed with indoor air flowing in from the indoor air intake port 39, passes through the heat exchanger 36, and is blown into the room from the supply port 37 for ventilation.

Effects of the Invention As is clear from the description of the embodiments described above, the present invention has a total heat exchanger, an air conditioning blower, and a heat exchanger arranged side by side, and an indoor air intake port connected to the air conditioning blower and the intake/exhaust blower. Since they are installed close to each other, the indoor air taken in through the indoor intake reaches the air conditioning blower directly without passing through a suction chamber, reducing ventilation resistance and reducing the air conditioning blower. It is possible to reduce the power consumption of the blower. Furthermore, since there is no suction chamber, the space can be omitted and the size of the unit can be reduced. Furthermore, since the total heat exchanger, air conditioning blower, and heat exchanger are arranged side by side in the same direction, when creating a series based on the capacity of the unit, only the horizontal direction needs to be delayed. becomes a product. In addition, even if the capacities are different during actual installation, the dimensions in the vertical direction are the same, so modularization is easy, and ductwork and piping work can be simplified.
