す吹出口を設けるとともに室内と天井裏とを仕切る天井
面に室内空気を天井裏へ導くための開口部と、外壁には
外気を天井裏に吸収するための開口部とを設けてなるこ
とを要旨とする。

4を設置する。この空調機4は凝縮器6と蒸発器5を備
えた形式のもので、この凝縮器6と蒸発器5とはそれぞ
れ仕切板7にて仕切られた室にそれぞれ配設されるとと
もにこの各室には天井裏3の空気を吸引し得るようにそ
れぞれ専用の送風機8,9を備え、天井裏の空気の一部
は凝縮器4を経て室R1内へ導入され、凝縮器4を熱交
換した後、送風機8にて外壁に設けた排気口10により
室外へ排気され、また天井裏の一部は蒸発器5を通気す
るとき、所望の熱交換をされ、室R2へ導かれ、送風機
9にてトイレ等の室内Rへ吹き出すようにする。
