Friction between the roll surface and the surface of the rolled material during cold rolling is essential for rolling, and in order to efficiently roll products of good quality, this friction must be skillfully controlled to an appropriate value. It is important to do so.

この目的のため圧延潤滑油が使用されている。Rolling lubricants are used for this purpose.

This conventional device supplies water and lubricating oil to a coolant tank 1 through a water supply pipe 2 and an oil supply pipe 3 to produce rolling oil with a concentration of 4%, and this is placed opposite to a work roll at an arbitrary stand through an oil supply pipe 4. Rolling oil is sprayed from a nozzle 5 to apply rolling oil to the surface of the work roll, and excess rolling oil is received by an oil pan 6, passes through a collection pipe 7, and is stored in the coolant tank 1 again for use as a so-called circulation system. The concentration adjustment and replenishment accompanying the decrease in the concentration of rolling oil are performed by controlling the amounts of water and lubricating oil supplied to the water supply pipe 2 and the oil supply pipe 3.

If cold rolling is performed without applying rolling oil to the work rolls as described above, a good product can be obtained, but if the oil film breaks, direct contact between the rolls and the rolled material will cause seizing and defects.

Furthermore, in the method of replenishing water and oil into a coolant tank, it is difficult to mix the oil uniformly, which may be a cause of seizure defects.

In order to eliminate this drawback, this invention has developed a rolling oil circulation supply system for cold rolling, which is equipped with a high-concentration rolling oil supply system consisting of a rolling oil application roll and a nozzle connected to the oil feed pipe of the rolling oil tank between the stands. This is a proposal.

That is, this invention is a circulating oil supply system in which rolling oil supplied from a coolant tank is injected onto the work roll through a nozzle to form an oil film on the roll surface, and excess rolling oil is collected into the coolant tank. In the device,
Adjacent stands are vertically opposed to each other around the rolling line,
and a pair of removable rolling oil application rolls are provided, a rolling oil tank is provided separately from the coolant tank, and a nozzle connected to the oil feed pipe of the rolling oil tank is provided opposite to the rolling oil application roll. The gist is to have a concentrated rolling oil replenishment device.

次にこの考案を第2図に示す実施例について説明する。Next, this invention will be explained with reference to an embodiment shown in FIG.

Between the stands 11 and 12, a pair of rolling oil applicator rolls 8, 8, which face each other and are removable, are provided above and below the rolling line, and these rolls 8, 8 are provided with nozzles 9, 9. A high-concentration rolling oil replenishment device is provided in which a rolling oil tank 11 containing high-concentration rolling oil with a concentration of 7% and nozzles 9, 9 are connected by an oil feed pipe 10.

Now, the rolling oil with a concentration of about 4 in the coolant tank 1 is injected from the nozzle 5 onto the work roll in the stand 10, and at the same time, the high-concentration rolling oil with a concentration of about 7 in is injected into both the front and back sides of the rolled material from the nozzles 9 and 9. Moreover, since the excess high concentration rolling oil is collected in the coolant tank 1 through the oil pan 6 together with the rolling oil applied to the work rolls, a decrease in the concentration of the rolling oil in the coolant tank is prevented.

In addition, when necessary, the rolling oil application rolls 8, 8 are used during rolling suspension.
If high-concentration rolling oil is injected from the nozzles 9, 9 while rotating the rolls, the rolling oil will be sufficiently mixed on the surface of the rolls and will be supplied to the coolant tank as rolling oil with a uniform concentration.

As mentioned above, this invention enables the application of highly concentrated rolling oil to the rolled material between stands, and also makes it possible to apply highly concentrated rolling oil to the coolant tank and to mix it thoroughly to achieve a uniform concentration. Since it is replenished later, the formation of an oil film on the rolled material becomes even more reliable, and a product of good quality can be obtained.
