Claims (1)

両端を金具で接続しレール体とし、該レール体上を左右
に移動する移動体を有し、該移動体に前記集積回路の信
号端子に対応したピンを設け、該ピンの先端は該信号端
子に接しピン軸上を伸縮する手段を有し、又該ピンの後
端は該移動体より引き出し測定端子とし、さらにレール
体の両端に押え金具を設け、該押え金具上を該レール体
が移動する構造とするとともに、該押え金具は前記プリ
ント板に係合し、該プリント板上を上下に移動し、前記
レール体を任意位置に固定する手段を備えたことを特徴
