具の１実施例を説明するための第３図は断面図、第４図
は平面図、第５図は斜視図である。　　′ 図において、１はプリント板、２はＩＣ，３は信号端子
、５はレール、６は金具、７は移動体、８はピン、９は
バネ、１０は折曲げ部、１１は押え金具、１２は調整ネ
ジ、１４はゴム部を示す。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. プリント板に実装された集積回路の信号端子の測定に使
    用するプローブの固定用治具において、２本のレールの
    両端を金具で接続しレール体とし、該レール体上を左右
    に移動する移動体を有し、該移動体に前記集積回路の信
    号端子に対応したピンを設け、該ピンの先端は該信号端
    子に接しピン軸上を伸縮する手段を有し、又該ピンの後
    端は該移動体より引き出し測定端子とし、さらにレール
    体の両端に押え金具を設け、該押え金具上を該レール体
    が移動する構造とするとともに、該押え金具は前記プリ
    ント板に係合し、該プリント板上を上下に移動し、前記
    レール体を任意位置に固定する手段を備えたことを特徴
    とするプローブ固定用治具。
