  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　原水流入口、処理水流出口を有し、かつ微生物付着
    用の粒状固体を懸濁保有させた槽内に、上端が水面上に
    あり下端が槽底より隔離した隔壁にて粒状固体の循環部
    と分離部を区画形成し、該循環部に上部が上方に向かっ
    て拡大する部分を有するエアリフト管を配設してなる生
    物学的処理装置。 ２　前記エアリフト管の拡大部が、逆円錐型のものであ
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の′装置。 ３　前記エアリフト管の拡大部が、複数個の孔を穿設し
    たものである実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項又は第２項
    記載の装置。 ４　前記孔が、その面積を上方に向かうに従って次第に
    大きくしたものである実用新案登録第３項記載の装置。 ５　前記槽が、その下方部を逆円錐型にしたものである
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項、第２項、第３項又は第
    ４項記載の装置。
