Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 水位差を設けて直列接続する複数の方形槽の上流側に原
    水流入槽を、下流側には末端槽を接続し、前記方形槽は
    、それぞれその下縁と槽底間に隙間を有する画壁を衝設
    して上流側には水平断面積の小なる水頭槽を、下流側に
    は同じく大面積の処理槽を両段して成り、前記各処理槽
    は、槽底を多孔床として前記画壁の下方隙間との連通を
    図り、溢流部は次段の水頭槽と接続することによって一
    連゛　の多段槽を構成し、前記末端槽には処理水流出樋
    及び前記原水流入槽に連通ずる返送流路を設け、かつ、
    前記各処理槽には微細粒子担体を懸吊させるとともに、
    前記多孔床付近には微細気泡散気設備を配設し、前記末
    端槽には原水流量計に連動するエアーリフトを設けて成
    る流動床式汚水処理装置。
