Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide an amino resin molding material which has excellent moldability and gives moldings having excellent appearance, resistance to insert cracking and drilling properties, by incorporating a nitrogen compd. having a specified structural formula in an amino resin. CONSTITUTION:A compd. of the formula (wherein R is 17C) is added to a liquid or solid amino resin such as urea resin or melamine resin. Said compd. may be added in the form of a solid, but pref. as a solution in metlyl alcohol, whereby the compd. is well-dispersed. The amount of the compd. to be added is not critical. Pref. the compd. is used in an amount of 0.5-10wt% based on the total amount of the resulting molding material. If desired, other additives such as hardener, parting agent and a base material may be used together with the amino resin. The resulting amino resin molding material is useful for wiring and electrical equipments.

Conventionally, styrene rubber, nitrile rubber, etc. have been added to K to improve the insert crack resistance and drill workability of amino resin molded products, but since it is not compatible with amino resin, degassing during molding is difficult. , there was a problem with the appearance of the molded product.

The present invention solves the above-mentioned drawbacks, and in the general formula 1, R
An amino resin molding material containing a compound represented by C1F (hereinafter simply referred to as compound A), which has excellent moldability, molded product appearance, insert crack resistance, and drill workability. This is what I was able to obtain.

Next, the present invention will be described in detail. The amino resin used in the present invention includes urea paulownia resin, melamine resin, guanamine resin, phenol-modified melamine resin, etc., and may be either liquid or isothermal. Although the compound AFi may be added as a solid, it is preferable to add it in the form of a solution dissolved in methyl alcohol or the like because this improves dispersibility. The amount of compound A to be added is not particularly limited, but is preferably 0.5 to 10% by weight Is (hereinafter simply referred to as -) based on the total amount.
It is desirable to add. That is, if it is less than O, S*, the effect of improving insert crack resistance and drill workability tends to be small, and if it exceeds 1oIs, the appearance of the molded product tends to deteriorate. The curing agent, mold release agent, base material, filler, and coloring agent commonly used as amino resin molding materials can be used as they are, and the above materials can be mixed, mixed, crushed, or processed as necessary. The amino resin molding material is obtained by granulation.
