Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は体液中の内容物の分析する試験紙をフィルムベ
ース上に一定間隔にはりつける装置に関する。
従来、尿や血液その他の塗抹標本を作製するにあたって
は検査技師などの熟練者を必要としたか、近年多検体を
同時に測定する必要性から自動標本塗抹装置等が開発さ
れ、連続的に多検体を処理することができるようになっ
た。
これによって例えば尿中のタンパク、糖、潜血、ウビＩ
Ｊ、ｐＨの検査、血液型の検査等の集団検診に役立てる
ことができる。
本発明は前述の自動標本塗抹装置に用いられる試薬テー
プを作製する装置に関するものであり、以下図面に基づ
いて説明する。
第１図においてフィルムベース１は通常８ミリフイルム
と称されるポリエステル製のものであり、片側にパーフ
ォレーションが設けられていて、スプロケットによりコ
マ送りがなされる。
−力試１験紙３の片面には粘着テープ１５がはりつけら
れていて、はく離紙９を用いて通常は粘着を防いでいる
。
実際にフィルムベース１に試１験紙３をはりつけた状態
のものを第２図に示す。
この試薬テープを塗抹標本装置にかけ、微量ピペツ１へ
あるいは筒棒等を用いて試料を滴下し、一定時間後の試
験紙の色彩の変化を光学的反射計等を用いて測定し、体
液等の定性的あるいは定量的な検査を行なうための材料
とする。
第３図は、第１図のフィルムベース１に試１験紙３を等
間隔ではり付は第２図で示す試薬テープを作製する装置
の実施例を示す。
断面が正八角形の柱状体の回転するキャリア４の面５に
は多孔性の空気の吸入、排出部６が設けられていて、試
験紙３をキャリア４の面５に保持し、必要に応じてコッ
クを切りかえ解除することができる。
接着テープが貼付されていない試験紙帯８に、はく離爪
９付の両面接着テープ１９をローラ２０．２１により圧
着しながらキャリア４の面５に送出する。
はく離紙９のついている試１験紙帯８が左方から送られ
てくると、ローラ１０の部分ではく離紙９のみがローラ
、１２によって左下方へ引っ張られ、試１験紙帯８はキ
ャリア４の面にそって右方へ移動する。
所定の長さでカッター１１が働き試験紙帯８を切断し、
同時にキャリア４の面に吸いつけられて保持される。
続いてキャリア４が反時計回りに９０゜回転し、フィル
ムベース１３の後カラレバー１４がフィルムベース１３
を押し付け、試１験紙３の粘着テープ１５の作用により
試験紙３かフィルムベース１３の上にはり付けられる。
フィルムベース１３の送すは、フィルムベース１３のパ
ーフォレーションと、スプロケット１６のかみ合いによ
ってなされ、この動きはキャリア４の（ロ）転、試１験
紙帯８の送り、はく船級用のローラ１２．カッター１１
、空気の吸入、排出等の一連の制御と同期していて、等
間隔にはり付けることができる。
以上のように本発明によれは、試薬を含浸させた試７験
紙を極めて短時間に試薬テープとして自動化検査または
測定器械に供しうるように作製しうるから、自動的に大
量生産が可能であり、また液状接着等を使用せず試験紙
とフィルムベースを接着するので可及的に試薬の変質を
防止できるなど優れた効果がある。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １ 側面に試験紙片を吸着保持するための複数の吸引排
    出孔を有する正多角形柱状支持体と、前記吸引排出孔に
    連通し、試７験紙片を吸着保持若しくは脱離するための
    ポンプと、前記支持体の１つの側面上に、試験紙、両面
    粘着テープおよびはく離紙の順で積層された試験紙帯の
    、１つの試験紙片に相当する先端部を移動する装置と、
    前記１つの側面の直前で、はく離をローラを介して試験
    紙からはがす装置と、前記先端部を前記１つの側面上に
    吸着保持した状態で切断する装置と、前記支持体を所定
    角度回転させ新たな側面を試験紙片吸着位置に移す装置
    と、試１験紙片を吸着保持する支持体の他の側面に近接
    して平行にフィルムベースを移動する装置と、フィルム
    ベースを間欠的に支持体側面に押し付けて試１験紙片を
    フィルムベース上に接着させる装置とからなるフィルム
    ベース上に所定の間隔で試１験紙片を接着させる自動試
    薬テープ作製装置。
