Claims (2)
- （１） 内周面に円周方向へ延びるリング状伝動体走
行溝を形成した筒状回転子と、通電により前記筒状回転
子を筒軸回りに正逆回転駆動するコイルと、外周面に軸
方向へ向は螺旋状に延びる転動体走行溝を形成し前記筒
状回転子内に回り止め状態で軸方向へ進退自在に遊貫保
持された出力軸と、前記両転動体走行溝にそれぞれ嵌合
し前記筒状回転子の回転により両転動体走行溝内を転動
して前記出力軸を進退駆動する球状転動体とを備えた電
動直線運動アクチュエータ。 - （２）前記リング状転動体走行溝は、前記回転子の筒状
本体内に嵌着するリング体内周面に１ピツチの雌ねじを
設け、その雌ねじの始端と終端を連結して構成する実用
