Claims (1)
- モーターのローターの中心孔に螺合するねじ棒
をその回動を拘束するとゝもに軸方向に摺動自在
にステーターケーシングに支持し、上記ローター
の回転運動を上記ねじ棒の直線運動に変換するよ
うにしたリニアアクチユエーターにおいて、上記
ローターの軸線に直交する平面上にうずまきばね
を設け、その内端を上記ローターの外周に取りつ
けるとゝもにその外端を上記ステーター又はケー
シング内周に取りつけたことを特徴とするリニア
アクチユエーター。
