である。[Detailed explanation of the invention] This invention relates to a camp in a mushroom cultivation bottle that can move freely up and down. It prevents malformation of the fruiting body caused by collision of the fruiting bodies, and at the same time prevents drying of the fungal bed and intrusion of foreign particles until the fruiting body fully grows, and ensures that sufficient oxygen is supplied to the cultivation bottle. The aim is to produce maitake mushrooms that are fleshy and fragrant.

には次の条件が必要であることが判った。Similar to enoki mushrooms, bottle cultivation of mushrooms is carried out by inoculating seed fungi into a sterilized culture medium to prevent the invasion of external cells and encourage the growth of mycelium and mycelium. It was found that the following conditions are necessary to develop a large number of branched fruiting bodies with good flavor and aroma.

に接触してはならないことである。In other words, as for the shape of the bottle, it is best to make the diameter less than about half of the body diameter, and also that a large amount of oxygen is required during the growth of the fungal bed (the root part of the fruiting body) and during the development of the fruiting body. ,or,
Even after the fruiting body has developed, it is important not to touch the outer part of the fruit until it has fully grown and become resistant to bacteria.

である。This project was devised to provide a mushroom cultivation bottle that satisfies each of the above conditions. The bottle is formed into a desired shape and has a camp with a large number of ventilation holes at its mouth. A filter material is fitted on the top of the pores to allow a large amount of filtered clean air to flow into the bottle, as well as to prevent the culture medium from drying out, and when fruiting bodies emerge, the camps are sequentially moved according to the growth of the fruiting bodies. It is characterized in that the fruiting body can fully grow within the bottle by moving upwards.

Yes, a bottom plate 11 connected to the inner wall 9 is provided at the bottom of the inner wall 9, and the bottom plate 11 is connected to the inner wall 9.
A large number of ventilation holes 12 are opened in the inner wall 9.
A filter medium 14 made of a cavernous body such as urethane foam is filled in the space 13 formed by the filter.

Since fresh air from the outside is supplied to the fungal bed 15 through the ventilation holes 12, the fungal bed grows vigorously and becomes a factor in the formation of fleshy and fragrant fruiting bodies.

By the time the fully formed branches begin, the virulence becomes strong, so if you remove the second camp, you can produce fleshy and fragrant mushroom branches from the upper opening 6 of the first camp. .
