第1図は従来の円筒ころ軸受の1部側断面図を示す。第
2図乃至第5図は本考案に基づく円筒ころ軸受の実施例
を示し、第2図はその1部側断面図を示し、第3図はそ
の要部拡大図を示し、第4図及び第5図はスラスト荷重
を負荷したときの状態図を示す。第6図は従来の円筒こ
ろ軸受と本考案に係る円筒ころ軸受にスラスト荷重を負
荷したとき、夫々の軸受外輪温度と運転時間の関係を示
す図である。 9・・・円筒ころ、10・・・面取部、11.13・・
・傾斜直線部分、12・・・案内鍔、15・・・外輪、
16・・・内輪。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 外輪もしくは内輪の何れか1方あるいは双方に円筒ころ
    の端面を支承する案内鍔を有す2円筒ころ軸受に於いて
    、円筒ころの軸線を含む平面内における円筒ころ端面の
    形状を面取り部分とそれに続いて円筒ころ端面外方に向
    う傾斜直線部分とで形成し、一方円筒ころ軸受の軸線を
    含む平面内における案内鍔の鍔案内面形状を、微小な角
    度差をもって前記円筒ころ端面の傾斜の直線部分よりも
    更に外方へ向う傾斜直線部分で形成したことを特徴とす
    る円筒ころ軸受。 ”
