Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain an injection-molded product without roughness on the surface of letter-portion by introducing synthetic resin from gates by way of a subrunner into each cavity on a base body in which cavities for a plurality of letters and marks are formed. CONSTITUTION:A base body 25 consisting of soft elastic synthetic resin is injection-molded, and on said base body 25, the cavities 23 which are directed for a plurality of letters and marks and are respectively provided with pouring holes 22, are prepared. The base body 25 is set is a metal mold, and synthetic resin is injected from an injection-molding machine. Injection-material is introduced into each pouring port 22 by way of a subrunner 29 which communicates gates 28 and pouring ports 22, from a sprue 26 a runner 27 and three gates 28, thereby injection-molding the letters and the marks by filling each cavity 23. Consequently, the injection pressure is caused to be uniform, and the injection-material is filled uniformly in each cavity 23. Accordingly, the roughness which is caused to occur by unsufficient filling or excessive filling on the surfaces of the mark portions, is reduced.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] From ζO @Korea, a base made of high-quality elastic synthetic snow is formed by injection molding, in which cavities for multi-to characters and markings with injection hole tubes are formed, and gold is applied to the inside of each. The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a molded product in which letters and marks are injection molded by filling a single-layer material through an injection hole, and is applied to automobile moldings and the like. Conventionally, injection molded products with 0@0 characters and markings, such as Fx
When manufacturing '& moldings as shown in Figure 1, in the case of the ζOII manufacturing method, in which a base IO injected with soft elastic synthetic resin is set on metal as shown in Figure 1, sprue/ Injection material wire injected into /, runner /J
t, and a gate l provided in series with each injection hole /j to the injection hole lj provided in each character/mark cavity /J.
Introduced via ≦. Here, each month Yabitei/J
In addition to the difference in volume, the bottle of Ge)/G is smaller than India (difficult to balance the gate).Furthermore, since the injection hole lJ and Ge)/4 are arranged in series, Each of the 13 injection holes is susceptible to the injection pressure. This makes it possible for each cavity to be underfilled or overfilled with the injection material.
Concavities and convexities are likely to occur on the surface of characters and marks. This convex part is caused by the base IO becoming loose from the soft elastic synthetic resin, so if Haruka Mitsuru is killed, it will press the Ushiyabitei/J1m11 during filling. 111, the letter/mark I was injection molded after the 11th test! This occurs because the force due to the elasticity causes it to float up. If the material used to make large characters/margins is a soft elastic synthetic resin, if the material is overfilled, the top surface that has been compressed will sag and sag will rise, so there is a tendency for convex parts to occur. Also, I'm wearing it. In the example in the illustration, it is a fixed hawk, l is a middle plate, and ko is a mobile shoe. Cal1W Korea, considering the above, 1 table of letters and marks■
Injection molded products with characters and marks os
ga method. ζO*@a, each of the above 1 pieces is injection molded with injection holes, and a large soft elastic structure 1IIIIIIll is formed with a large number of characters/marks inside the layer, and each material is combined with *5riit material. In the manufacturing method of a molded product in which letters/markers S are injection-molded by filling the injection holes through each injection hole, a single piece connecting each injection hole with the gauge and gate provided at the positions between the injection holes is used. Rapid production is achieved by introducing the injection material into each injection hole via a sub-runner. Hereinafter, one practical example of the present invention will be explained based on illustrated examples. A base body JJ is injection molded from a soft elastic synthetic resin in which a plurality of character/mark cavities JJ each having an injection hole JJ are formed, and the base body is set in a mold as shown in Figure 3. do. Here, examples of the soft elastic synthetic resin include soft PVC, soft polyurethane, olefin elastomer, and the like. A soft or hard synthetic resin material such as PVO, ABS-, PP is injected into the mold shown in FIG. A sub-runner Jf who meets every week with Gate Co. L and Injection Hole Coco! Through each injection hole J
Injecting material is introduced into J, filling each cavity Jt, and injection molding the characters and marks. In this case, the material is introduced from the gate knob into each of the two injection holes, rather than directly as in the past. In addition, as shown in the figure, the gate knob is located between each injection hole, so the injection pressure is equalized and the injection pressure is controlled by the injection holes. Not received directly. −
Well, the gate administration meeting is deceiving, every afternoon Yabiteiko J
By uniformly filling the area, unevenness on the surface of characters and marks due to underfilling or overfilling is reduced. In the above manufacturing method, as shown in the sub-runner, the material is introduced directly through the sprue JO without using a runner.
As shown in FIG. 5, subrunner J? AI base! In the case of #II view, it is possible to reduce material waste, and in the latter case, there is no need to remove sub-runners, making the finishing work more efficient. .゛In addition, in the illustrations, Jj, JJ, and JJ Noichi are respectively pictured by Kojirin.
3', Jj, Jj are movable parts 1 [= J7 is the middle plate] - The manufacturing method of the injection molded product with letters and marks of this invention is as described above, in which the injection material is placed in each cavity. By uniformly filling the teeth, unevenness will occur on the surface of the characters/marks on injection molded products, and the incidence of defective products can be reduced.
