Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve heat collection performance by a structure wherein an absorbing plate with simple construction and high heat absorption factor is arranged in a sun room. CONSTITUTION:When rays of the sun fall through a lighting window 13 mounted on a roof 11 into a sun room 12, heat rays are absorbed by an absorbing plate 18 and consequently the air in the sun room 12 is heated and ascends in a form of warm air and is led through a warm air extracting port 16 in a duct and then fed to a sitting room for heating and, after that, ascends through an intake port 17 in the sun room 12 in order to be heated again. The absorbing plate 18 consists of a plate, which is corrugated for enlarging heat transfer area and coated its surface with black paint for heightening the absorption factor to heat rays and furthermore perforated with a large number of vent holes 20, 20,...20 for prompting the convection of the warm air in the sun room 12 in order to improve the heat collection performance.

In FIG. 2, a sunroom 12 is formed on the back side of a roof 11, and a lighting window 13 is attached to a part of the roof 1. The roof 11 has an inclination of about 30 degrees with respect to the horizontal plane, and the sunroom 12 is surrounded by a ceiling wall 14 and a vertical wall 15, forming a room having a triangular cross section. Heat leakage can be effectively prevented by constructing the ceiling Ji 14 and the vertical wall 5 using appropriate heat insulating materials. Further, above the sunroom 12, a warm air outlet 16 is provided in the vertical wallwork 5, and a ceiling wall 14 is provided.
is provided with an intake port 17 for taking in air from the living room. This intake port 17 is preferably provided with a grill in the form of louver wings so that the opening area can be adjusted.

According to the embodiment of the present invention configured in this manner, when sunlight enters the sunroom 12 through the daylight window 13, the sunlight is irradiated onto the heat collecting plate 18, and the heat collecting plate 18 absorbs the heat rays. The heat is conducted to the air inside the sunroom 12, and the indoor air is heated and becomes warm air. This warm air rises due to the convection phenomenon, is led into the duct through the hot air intake port 16, is sent to the living room by the blower, heats the living room, and then rises.
