Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案はアルミ箔等のシール片をゼリーその地主として
食品類を入れた合成樹脂カップ開口部にかぶせて接着し
たシール容器の保護装置に関するものである。
この種のシール片はカップの上端のつばにシール片を接
着して密封するが、シール片を剥がし易くするため一部
に剥離用の摘みを一体に突設しである。
従って開封時は摘みを用いてシール片を剥がすことがで
きるが、取扱い時に不慮にこの摘みが外されるおそれが
ある。
本考案の目的は前記従来の欠点を解消し、開封容易なシ
ール片を保護し、安全に取扱いできると共に、気密作用
を一層良くしたシール容器を提供することにある。
しかして本考案は、つば１を開口上端２に設けたカップ
３の前記開口上端２にアルミ箔等のシール片４を施し、
前記つば１にシール片４を接着し、シール片４と一体の
剥離用摘み片５を突設したものにおいて、前記つば１上
のシール部分に圧接する内面を備え、つば１の外周縁に
係止する係合周面６と、開口上端２の周縁に接し、かつ
保合周面６よりも高さの低い断面はぼＶ形の環状突条７
を一体に形成したキャップ８をかぶせ、前記保合周面６
の下端の係止爪部９をシール片４の上からっぽ１の全周
に係止させ、かつ環状突条７をシール片４の上から開口
上端２の周縁に圧接したシール容器保護装置である。
本考案によれば、摘み片５はキャップ８により隠され外
部に突出しないため、不慮に剥がれることがなく、安全
に取扱いできることは勿論、特に本考案においては断面
はぼＶ形で、しかも保合周面６よりも高さの低い環状突
条７を形成しであるので、キャップ８をつば１に当てて
係合周面６をつば１に係止させることによって環状突条
７はシール片４を押圧してつばの基部とカップ３の境界
隅角部に密着させ、密閉効果を高めることができる。

図面は本考案に係るシール容器保護装置の一実施例を示
したもので、第１図は縦断正面図、第２図はキャップの
一部を切除した平面図である。 １〜つば、２〜開口上端、３〜カツプ、４〜シ一ル片、
５〜摘み片、６〜保合周面、７〜円形突条、８〜キヤツ
プ、９〜係止爪部。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. つば１を開口上端２に設けたカップ３の前記開口上端２
    にアルミ箔等のシール片４を施し、前記つば１にシール
    片４を接着し、シール片４と一体の剥離用摘み片５を突
    設したものにおいて、前記つば１上のシール部分に圧接
    する内面を備え、つば１の外周縁に係止する保合周面６
    と、開口上端２の周縁に接し、かつ保合周面６よりも高
    さの低い断面はぼＶ形の環状突条７を一体に形成したキ
    ャップ８をかぶせ、前記保合周面６の下端の係止爪部９
    をシール片４の上からっぽ１の全周に係止させ、かつ環
    状突条７をシール片４の上から開口上端２の周縁に圧接
    したシール容器保護装置。
