ートを搬送する必要がなく、捷だ加熱装置内を搬送チェ
ノが通過することがないので耐久性が向上し、更に従来
の如く搬送チェノにシートが保持された状態で成形する
ことがないので成形位置を任意に選ぶことができるので
成形方法が制約されず、且つ各ステーション毎に最適の
作業条件を選定することができる等多大の利点を有する

前記加熱装置には前記シート投入装置に配設したレール
の上昇端と下降端の夫々の位置に対応して台車走行用の
上部レールと下部レールを固設し、この上部レールの一
ヒ下位置に加熱用ヒータを配設し、更に前記成形装置に
は前記上部レールと下部レールとの間を昇降動する補助
ラムを設け5 この補助ラムに台車走行用のレールを取
り付けたことを特徴とするインストルメントパネルの製
