Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は廃棄物等の処理の放爆装置に関するものである
。
有機性廃棄物等を熱分解処理により無酸素処理を行うこ
とは既に知られているが、このような処理による場合、
釜内で加熱により処理物が分解され発生する可熱性ガス
と残溜酸素が混合し爆発雰囲気となる場合がある。さら
に加熱により発火点に達すると釜内で爆発が起きて容器
の破損につながる危険があった。したがってこのような
危険を阻止するには爆圧を開放しなければならないが、
爆発時間は通常約　４゜００〜　／１ｏｏｏ秒と短時間
であり、その間に開放しなければ器機を破壊することと
なる。
そこで本発明者等は白蟻すると瞬時にガスを放出し、こ
のような事故を防止すべく放爆装置を案出した。
以下有機性廃棄物の熱分解処理装置に利用した場合につ
いて図面にもとづきながら本発明の詳細な説明する。
ｌは分解釜、２は分解蓋である。
３は挿着部で、前記分解蓋２の頂部に挿着している。
４は圧力逃し部で、前記挿着部３と連通し、上部周縁に
は水ジヤケツト部４ａを設けている。
５は天板で、前記圧力逃し部４上にパッキングユ０を介
して載置し、周縁には水ジヤケツト部５ａを設けている
。
６は圧力調整板で、ばね７を介して天板５上に設けてい
る。
８は、圧力逃し部４の外周側に立設した圧力調整板６の
支持棒である。
次に本発明の作用効果について述べる。
釜内が爆発すると、爆圧により天板５を押し上げ周縁よ
り瞬時にガスを逃がすこととなるのでガス放出の遅延に
より器機の破壊等の事故を防止することが可能となる。
また、天板５は絶えづばね７等の押圧機構により押圧さ
れているので放爆後は天板５は直ちに復帰するので作業
の中断ということもない。
熱分解処理の場合は、器機本体が高温となるためバッキ
ング１０の効果が弱くなり易いので絶えづ水を循環して
いる水ジヤケツト部４ａ、５ａを設けることによりバッ
キング１ｏを冷やすこととなり寿命をのばすことができ
るようにすることがなお、天板５の下方に傘状の円錐板
９を設けるとガスは円錐板９に沿いながら開口縁よりス
ムーズに放出されることとなるより以上の放出時間の短
縮を図ることができる。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 入　機器本体の適宜位置に挿着してなる挿着部上に圧力
    逃し部を設けるとともに、該逃し部上にバッキングを介
    し、上方よりバネにより押圧している天板を載設してな
    る廃棄物等の処理の放爆装置。 ζ　圧力逃し部及び天板の周縁に水ジヤケツト部を設け
    ている特許請求の範囲４１項記載の廃棄物等の処理の放
    爆装置。 人　天板の下方に円錐板を突設している特許請求の範囲
    第１項又は第２項記載の廃棄物等の処理の放爆装置。
