らの基準信号は同期信号発生器10.データ区間判別信
号発生器1]及び分周612へ供給される。上記同期信
号発生器lOでは基準信号に基づいた同期信号を発生し
、これ!前記ビデオカメラIK供給すると共K、水平同
期信号は分周器13へ供給され、定められた分局比に従
った信号が得られる。この信号はゲート回路2及びエン
コーダ7に供給され、ゲート回路2では前記のビデオ信
号が第3図にも示すよ5に整数水平同期期間毎K(映像
信号が)除去すれ、またエンコーダ7では、上記映像信
号が除去された期間のみ存在するPCM信号が得られる
。尚、J1!3図において、(イ)はゲート回路2でゲ
ートされる前のビデオ信号を示し、(ロ)はゲート回路
2で1水平間期期間毎に映像信号が除去されたビデオ信
