Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a pattern having depth and cubic effect on a building board, by forming a prescribed pattern on a base plate, and thereafter, applying a clear paint having poor gloss on said pattern, and subsequently, applying a lustrous clear coating thereto. CONSTITUTION:A color tone adjustment is performed on a base plate 1 of a building board, etc., by a foundation adjustment, or a base coat, etc., and surface dressing 4 is then performed by a roll coater, etc. 2. Subsequently, a clear 6 paint having no luster or having poor luster is applied fully or partially onto its surface. Subsequently, prescribed drying is performed, and fully lustrous clear 8 coating is then applied and the final finish is executed.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Objective] It is an object to improve the decorative patterning of architectural boards. Specifically, the object of the present invention is to provide a method for imparting a deeper, more three-dimensional pattern to architectural boards.

[Background technology] Various methods are known for applying decorative patterns to architectural boards, but in particular, one way to create three-dimensionality and depth in the surface finish is by painting or painting before the final finishing process. It was common to apply a clear finish after applying unevenness in advance by printing or the like. In this case, the suitability of the method was limited in terms of manufacturing.

On the other hand, as a method that does not involve painting, there is a method of expressing the resin by mixing clear areas and colored areas and applying shading of color tones, such as with artificial marble, but this method is difficult in terms of cost and manufacturing conditions. It lacked versatility.

The figure is a schematic diagram for explaining the invention in detail. In this figure, 1 is a substrate such as a construction board. It is assumed that this substrate 1 has been subjected to flip+ coating and the color tone has been adjusted with a base coat or the like. Next, a surface decoration 4 is applied to this surface by painting or printing using a roll coater 2 or the like. Next, on the surface, a clear coat without a bar is first coated on the front side or partially coated 6. Any method may be used for the coating. For example, methods such as spaft ring 6 and roll coater can be employed. After that, a specified drying process is performed, and then a transparent clear coat is applied for the final finish. This will be explained in more detail below with reference to Examples.

Example 1 A slate board was prepared as a material. This was subjected to surface preparation and base coat treatment. First, 30 to 50 g/rrl of Boliure 20-74-5 clear (urethane paint, manufactured by Nippon Paint ■) was applied to the surface, and then 80 to 100 g/rd of the same type of clear was applied.

[Effects] When applying a pattern to a building board, this invention is characterized by applying a predetermined pattern, then applying a clear layer with less rays on it, and then applying a clear layer with less rays on top of it. Due to the presence of the clear layer, the light reflected from the surface forms a complex pattern, creating a deep, three-dimensional finish. It is also convenient because the above effects can be obtained by a simple combination of coatings.
