とし熱圧曲面加工していた。他方、表面保護被膜又はフ
ィルムに要求される性能としては、適切な付着力を有し
、使用後に剥がす際には剥がし易いという一見矛盾する
性質が要求される。更に化粧板用には柄の色相が判明で
きる様に透明性も要求される。従来の表面保護被膜塗料
としては、酢酸ビニル−塩化ビニル共重合体溶液、ポリ
ウレタン樹脂溶液など低重合度の樹脂を有機溶剤に溶解
したタイプ及びポリビニルアルコール(ポバール)水溶
液などを塗布乾燥して被膜を形成させたり、又はこれら
の樹脂からなるフィルムを粘着剤を介して貼り合わせて
いた。

ール類が残存水分を保水して被膜の可塑化作用を促進す
るため、加熱加圧後の常温における被膜が剥離し易い。

を有する表面保護被膜(1)を、ポストフオーム加工に
供するメラミン化粧板(2)の表面に、フローコーター
の如き塗布器を用いて、固型分換算値で20〜70ミク
ロン厚さ塗布し、該化粧板(2)の裏面にはゴム系やホ
ットメルト系などの接着剤(3)を公知の方法で塗布し
ておき、木材、合板、パーチクルボードなどの芯材(4
)の凸面加工部又は凹面加工部並びに水平面にもゴム系
やホットメルト系などの接着剤(3)を塗布しておく。
