Claims (1)
- 研磨工具を一エアーシリンダーのピストンロッドを固定
した取付筒に対し緩衝状態で固定すると共に、前記エア
ーシリンダー内に圧縮空気を導入してピストンロッドを
引込める回路と、回路切換弁の切換によってピストンロ
ッドを突出させろ回路と、これと同時に作動するピスト
ンロッドの重量バランス回路とを上記エアーシリンダー
に接続−シ、かつ前記ピストンロッド突出回路のエアー
シリンダーと回路切換弁との間にエアーシリンダー内の
圧縮空気を流出させる調節弁にニードルバルブを取付け
た押圧調節回路を連結してなることを特徴とする研磨工
具め押圧緩衝装置。 ヶ。
