Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the overlapping of members to be welded in the stage of butting the same and to butt both members surely, by attaching an spacing adjusting mechanism which adjusts the spacing between one of keep plates and a backing member for the members to be welded to a predetermined spacing to one of the keep plates.
