Abstract

PURPOSE:To use a predetermined sliding material as the guide bearing of a rotor, and to miniaturize the bearing by projecting one part of the slot wedge of a stator core into an air gap and constituting an opposite surface to a rotor core by the sliding material. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of the slot wedges 3 fixing a plurality of stator coils 2 set up to the stator core 1 are constituted by low friction-coefficient resin, and one parts are extended up to a clearance (the air gap) between the stator core 1 and the rotor core 4 and the sliding sections 5 of the rotor are constituted. Low friction-coefficient resin may be used only for the sliding sections 5 in place of the constitution of the whole slot wedges 3 by said resin. Accordingly, the diameter of a shaft can be reduced and the bearings can be miniaturized because the sliding sections 5 of the slot wedges 3 can be used as the guide bearings of the rotor.

Conventionally, this type of electric motor has been designed to support both sides of the rotor shaft (9) through bearings (2) Q, respectively, as shown in Fig. 1. In order to prevent this, it is necessary to increase the diameter of the rotor shaft and bearings, which hinders miniaturization of the shaft diameter and bearings.

In FIGS. 2 and 3, (1) is a stator core;
(2) is a plurality of stator coils, and (3) is a plurality of slot wedges made of low friction coefficient resin, the base of which extends to the gap between the stator core (1) and rotor core (4). It constitutes a sliding part (5).

This is an i-axis sealing device. In the above embodiment, the entire slot wedge (3) was made of low-friction coefficient resin, but low-friction coefficient resin was used only for the sliding part (5), and the slot wedge itself was made of ordinary resin. Insulating materials may also be used.

As described above, this invention includes a part of the slot wedge,
The slot wedge is made to protrude into the gap between the stator core and the lower knife 1, and at least the same surface of the slot wedge that faces the rotor core is covered with a sliding material made of a low friction coefficient resin, and this sliding material is used as a guide pairing for the rotor. This has the effect of reducing the shaft diameter and bearing size.
