In manufacturing glass fiber reinforced cement products by the spraying method, the present invention arranges a receiving plate along the upper side of the rising part of the formwork, and prevents the raw materials deposited on the receiving plate by spraying from solidifying. This method of manufacturing a cement product is characterized in that the product is bent along with the receiving plate to form a lip around the product on the formwork.

Note that the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiments, and, for example, the temporary frame serving as the core material may be placed on the deposit of the receiving plate to determine the shape, or the product may be manufactured without inserting a temporary frame. Of course, it is also applicable to other cases.

In addition, in order to bend the raw material that is continuously deposited on the receiving plate from the wall of the rising part of the product onto the temporary frame of the core material, the corners of the rising part are formed by continuous glass fibers. Therefore, defects such as faults in the core, decreased strength, and non-uniformity of composition that appear due to conventional splicing are eliminated, and the fuzz of the glass fibers in the core is eliminated, improving the commercial value.
