定値に保持することができ、ヌ合成樹脂フィルムを金属
蒸着の赤外線遮断としたことにより前記断熱効率が一層
大になり、又複層ガラスを軽量化できる等の優れた効果

せた状態で加熱し、加熱処理後バイブ12を閉じるもの
で、この製造方法によれば合成樹脂フィルム3の組込み
工程に熟練を要せずして容易に行うことができ、しかも
得られた成品における合成樹脂フィルムは熱収縮して確

脂フィルム全介在して両ガラス間を複数室に区画したこ
と全特徴とする複層ガラス。 (2) 前記断熱性透明合成樹脂フィルムは3ルミニ
ウム、銀等の赤外線遮断効果を有する物質からなる蒸着
層を一面又は両面にそなえるものである特許請求の範囲
第1項記載の複層ガラス。 (3) 額縁状周枠等に2枚のガラスを対向させて気
密に嵌込むと共に嵌め込むに当り両ガラス間に断熱性金
有し且つ熱収縮性を有する透明合成樹脂フィルムを介在
して両ガラス間を複数室に区画してフィルムの周縁を対
の間隔規制枠で挾み且つ硬化性樹IIFTヲ充填し、前
記樹脂の硬化後前記区画室内全外部と連通状態で加熱し
て前記フィルムを収縮緊張させた後前記外部との連通部
