Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the reduction of the transparency of a double-layered glass door for heat insulation due to dew condensation on the outer glass even in case of a large temp. difference, by interposing a heat insulating transparent synthetic resin film between the 2 sheets of glass to divide the space between the 2 sheets of glass into a plurality of chambers. CONSTITUTION:The sliding door of a refrigerating showcase or the door of a refrigerator is provided with a double-layered glass structure A consisting of 2 sheets of glass 2, 2a, and a heat insulating transparent synthetic resin film 3 having vapor-deposited layers 5a, 5b of a substance having an infrared-ray shielding effect such as Al or Ag is interposed between the 2 sheets of glass to divide the space between the 2 sheets of glass into chambers 4a, 4b. Even in case of a large difference between the temp. of the inside of the double-layered glass A and the temp. of the outside, the temp. of the inner divided chamber is close to the temp. of the low temp. chamber, and the temp. of the outer divided chamber is close to the temp. of the open air. Accordingly, dew condensation is not caused on the outer glass, and the transparency can be maintained.

Detailed Description of the Invention This invention relates to glass doors and sliding doors that open and close openings, such as frozen showcases, sliding doors and doors of refrigerator-freezers, and glass doors for building windows, and in particular, heats the inside and outside of the opening. This relates to improvements to doors and sliding doors that are used for blocking purposes.

The Japanese Industrial Standard JISR3209 calls double-glazed glass when two or more pieces of glass are placed side by side with a uniform gap between them, the gap is filled with dry gas at a pressure close to the outside pressure, and the surrounding area is sealed. This type of glass is hereinafter referred to as double-glazed glass, as it is stipulated that glass is used primarily for the purpose of insulation in buildings, refrigerated showcases, railway vehicle cavities, etc.

By the way, even with double-layer glass, if the temperature inside the refrigerator is O''C1C1 outside the refrigerator, for example, 20''C, the humidity in the insulation layer between the double panes will be about 10℃, and the insulation layer will be Because the temperature is relatively low, the outside glass is cold, and moisture from the outside air condenses on the glass, making it translucent or opaque, and the glass must be wiped of fog each time the inside of the refrigerator is looked through.

In order to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present inventor further interposed a partition plate made of transparent glass between the glasses of the double-glazed glass (Utility Model Application No. 55-61293). In such a case, when the temperature inside the refrigerator is 0°C and the humidity outside the refrigerator is 20°C, the temperature in the inner compartment of the double-paned glass is 4"C1, and the temperature in the outer compartment is about 15°C, and the outer glass is It's not cold, there's no condensation, and the temperature inside the refrigerator doesn't rise by 1 level.

This invention has the above-mentioned structure, and this double-glazed glass has two glasses facing each other and airtightly fitted into a picture frame, etc., and an insulating transparent synthetic resin film is interposed between the two glasses. Since the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the double-glazed glass is extremely large, the humidity in the inner compartment is close to the temperature inside the double-glazed glass, and the humidity in the outer compartment is The temperature on the inside of the double-glazed glass does not become close to the temperature outside the double-glazed glass, causing condensation on the outside glass, and the temperature inside the double-glazed glass can be maintained at the set value. By doing so, the heat insulation efficiency is further increased, and there are excellent effects such as the ability to reduce the weight of the double-glazed glass.

Furthermore, the present invention includes two glasses 2, 2af that are airtightly fitted into the peripheral frame 1, etc., facing each other, and a transparent synthetic resin film 3 that has heat-insulating properties and heat-shrinkability is inserted between the two glasses during the fitting. The periphery of the film was interposed between a pair of spacing regulating frames 6 and hardened with a curable resin material 7 such as silicone, and the insides of the compartments 4a and 4b were communicated with the outside through ventilation pipes 112. According to this manufacturing method, the step of assembling the synthetic resin film 3 can be easily carried out without requiring any skill, and the synthetic resin film 3 can be easily synthesized in the obtained product. The resin film has the effect of being reliably taut due to heat shrinkage.
