5109では界面活性剤にポリオキシエチレンアルキル
フェニルエーテルを使用すれば三層型が出来ると述べら
れてし)るが、本発明ηく追試したところ外観の美し〇
三層が出来なかった。すなわち粉末層が油層を吸着しも
のであって振とう使用時には一体的に混和して乳化、分
散し肌に感触の良い(さっばり感、しっとり感、清涼感
等)収れん感を与え良好な化粧効果を有する三層型の化
