These segments generally include ductile segments, steel segments, resin concrete segments, etc., but all of these are heavy and 1. It has problems such as not being able to transport a large amount of material at once, and being difficult to move and adjust during on-site construction, as well as poor corrosion resistance.
It had the disadvantage of having some reliability problems during long-term use.

In view of the above, the present invention was made with the aim of providing a segment that is lightweight, has good workability, and is also excellent in corrosion resistance and water resistance, and a method for manufacturing the same. It consists of divided cylindrical pieces made of synthetic resin, and an edge body that is integrally erected along the peripheral edge of the divided cylindrical piece, and bolt insertion holes are bored in appropriate places in the edge body. After forming a pipe having a predetermined wall thickness and axial length by the filament winding method, the pipe is divided into two or three or more parts in the circumferential direction, and the end face of the peripheral edge of the divided pieces is Insert one piece of a connecting fitting with a cross-sectional shape, cover the area around the upright piece of the fitting and the vicinity of the edge of the split piece with a mold, and inject synthetic resin mixed with reinforcing fibers to form an edge. The gist of this paper is a method of manufacturing a segment characterized by the following.

In the above embodiments, glass fiber or chopped glass fiber is used as the reinforcing body, and if the location where the segment 1 is used is subject to large external pressure and the segment is required to have further strength, steel wire or steel plate may be used as the reinforcing body. used. Alternatively, as shown in an enlarged view in FIG. 3, the divided cylindrical pieces 3 can be formed by using the resin mortar layer 6 as an intermediate layer and forming synthetic resin layers 3B and 3B on both sides thereof, which are appropriately reinforced with reinforcing bodies. will be held.

Further, although the above embodiment shows a case in which the edges 4...4 extend in the direction of the inner surface of the curvature of the divided cylindrical pieces 3, the present invention is not limited to this, and they may extend in the direction of the outer surface of the curvature as shown in FIG. Alternatively, if necessary, the reinforcing lip 7 may be integrally formed as shown in FIG.

次に、この発明のセグメント1の製造方法を説明する。Next, a method for manufacturing segment 1 of the present invention will be explained.

First, as shown in FIG. 6, a tube 1 of a predetermined shape is formed from a fiber-reinforced synthetic resin by the filament winding method, and after hardening, the tube 11 is formed into, for example, IIA in the figure.
, IIA... It is divided into two or three or more pieces along the circumferential direction at the portion indicated by IIA, and each of the separated pieces 12 is provided with a connecting fitting having a cross-sectional shape of an angular shape on the peripheral end surface as shown in FIG. After inserting one side 13A of 43 and fixing it with adhesive, as shown in FIG. The edge body 15 is formed by injecting the synthetic resin 14 mixed with. Then, by removing the mold 14 after curing, the segment 1 shown in FIG. 1 is obtained.

In the above, the shape of the connecting fitting 13 may be a so-called L-shaped angle member, but from the viewpoint of ease of installation, the side that is inserted into the end face of the divided piece 12, as shown in FIG. 9A, is (13A) is preferably in the shape of an anchor bolt, and the upright piece (13B) is preferably in the form of a plate. Also, as shown in FIG. May be used.

Since the present invention is constructed as described above, the segments are lightweight because they are made of synthetic resin, can transport a large amount of material at once, and are easy to install.Furthermore, the synthetic resin is melt-resistant, It has excellent water resistance and has excellent long-term stability. Also, when manufacturing segments, after forming the tube body, it is divided and the necessary edges are attached. , there is no error when rejoining the segments, and rejoining can be performed reliably, and a large mold for molding the segments is not used at all, so manufacturing is easy and can be done at a very low cost, making it extremely economical. It has effects such as excellent sexual performance.
