【考案の詳細な説明】
(技術分野)
本考案は合成樹脂管の外周に繊維強化樹脂層が
設けられた複合管の接合部に関するものである。[Detailed Description of the Invention] (Technical Field) The present invention relates to a joint of a composite pipe in which a fiber-reinforced resin layer is provided on the outer periphery of a synthetic resin pipe.
(従来技術とその欠点)
上記複合管は耐薬品性、耐衝撃性にすぐれてお
り、薬液輸送用の配管に用いられている。そし
て、従来この種の複合管の接合は、一般の配管に
用いられている管継手の受口に接着剤を介して嵌

層が腐食され、繊維強化樹脂層の強度が低下する

このような欠点を改善する管接合部として、例
えば実公昭51−39224号公報において、管端部間
にパツキングを挟圧したものが提案されている。
しかしながら、この場合、管の切断面を平滑に仕
上げなければ完全なシール効果は得られず、現場
での施工に不向きであり、又表面仕上げに工数が
かかると共に、テープ巻補強部が硬化するまで管

本考案は叙上の欠点に鑑み、簡単な加工処理を
行うだけで従来の接合法でシール性にすぐれた管

(構成)
本考案の要旨は、合成樹脂管の外周に繊維強化
樹脂層が設けられた複合管同志を接着剤を介して
管継手の受口と接合した管接合部において、受口
内に嵌挿される前記複合管の少なくとも繊維強化
樹脂層が分断されるようにして周方向に環状に切
欠かれ、該切欠部に止水材料が充填されているこ
とを特徴とする管接合部に存する。以下、本考案

脂層3が分断されるようにして周方向に切欠かれ

水材料が充填された切欠部にて薬液等の輸送媒体
