Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 円筒部とその両端の円板部からなり、かつ一方□　　の
    円板部の中はどから前記円筒部の中はどにかけてガイド
    溝を設けた下糸が巻かれるボビンと、該ボｅンを回転自
    在に保持するボビン軸を有するボビンケースと、前記ボ
    ビンのガイド溝に嵌り込み該ガイド溝内で摺動可能な糸
    検知ピンを有し、かつ前記ボビン軸の周りに回転可能な
    糸検知体と、前記ボビンケースの外底端面側に一露出し
    た被検知面を有し、前記糸検知体と連動して前記ボビン
    軸の軸方向に変位可能な被検知体と、該被検知体の被検
    知面の変位を検知する検知手段とにより構成される下糸
    消耗検出装置において、前記被検知体の被検知面を押圧
    する位置と少なくとも前記ボビンケースを作業者が脱着
    できる離れた位置の間を移動可能にした探知棒と、電気
    的制御のもとに作用する糸切装置と、前記探知棒と前記
    糸切装置の間に配置され、糸切装置の作用時には探知棒
    を前記押圧する位置に移動させ、糸切装置の不作用時に
    は探知棒を前記離れた位置に保持し、かつ探知棒が前記
    被検知体の被検知面を押甲する力を下足値以下に制限す
    るようにした連結機構と、前記探知棒が前記抑圧位置に
    ある時、該探知棒の位置が前記被検知体の変位により所
    定位置より変化したことを検知する検知器とよりなるこ
    とを特徴とするミシンの下糸消耗検出装置。
