Claims (1)
- 固定子上を移動子が直線的に移動するリニアパルスモー
タにおいて、前記固定子の両側面を前記移動子の移動す
べき方向と平行に形成し、これら固定子の両側面のうち
の一側面に接触させられた複数のガイドローラと、前記
固定子の両側面のうちのいずれか一方の面との間に隙間
を設けてこの一方の面に対向して設けられたマグネット
とを、前記移動子に取り付けたことを特徴とするリニア
パルスモータ。
