Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 上面に平坦部を有し、両側面に■溝を有する可動部と、
    前記■溝と対向する様に長手方向に設けられた■溝を有
    する磁性材料よりなる第１の固定部と、前記可動部と第
    １の固定部の■溝にはさまれた複数個のローラーと、磁
    性材料よりなる第２の固定部と、前記第１（又は第２）
    の固定部に固定されて、前記第２（又は第１）の固定部
    との間に空隙を形成し、磁束の方向が前記空隙面に垂直
    である永久磁石と、前記第１と第２の固定部の長手方向
    の端面を結合する磁性材料よりなる第３の固定部と、断
    面が矩形であって前記可動部の下面に一面を固定され、
    他の少なくとも一面が前記空隙の間を通る様に取付けら
    れたコイルからなるリニアアクチェータ。
