Claims (1)
- 磁性体の平面状の上面に等ピッチ間隔に形成された極歯
をもつ固定子と、この固定子と一定空隙長を保って対向
する極歯をもち固定子に対して歩進移動可能に配置され
る箱状の移動子とを備えたりニア壷ステッピングモータ
において、前記一定空隙長に相当する厚みをもつ固体潤
滑皮膜を固定子極歯表面か移動子極歯表面のいずれかに
形成し固定子と移動子を密着摺動させる構成としたこと
を特徴とするリニア・ステッピングモータ。
