  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 内面に筒状の磁極歯を有する固定子と、該固定子内部を
    ガイドシャフトに沿って移動する移動子と、該移動子の
    一側に取り付けたアクチュエータとからなるリニアパル
    スモータであって、前記ガイドシャフトを支持する反ア
    クチュエータ側の側板に少なくとも１つの空気抜き孔を
    穿設した リニアパルスモータ。
