The cut surface of the board is modeled on the layer of tree rings. When obtaining a grain pattern, the assembled flitch is formed into a wavy shape before slicing. When carrying out this curve forming, a material veneer with a high moisture content is used, and pressure forming is carried out at the same time as the adhesive is heated and cured. Conventionally, a method using heat press as shown in Fig. M1 or a method using high frequency heating as shown in Fig. 2 has been adopted for curve forming.

However, hot pressing has the disadvantage that it takes time for heat conduction when the lamination thickness becomes thicker, and that uneven adhesion is likely to occur due to the veneer.

。The method shown in Fig. 2 is a method in which the laminated material veneer 1 is sandwiched from above and below by an electrode/surface plate 8.9 via a curved electrode/valve mold 6.7, and high frequency is applied while pressing it. Some olOs are oscillators. According to high frequency heating, since heating is performed from the inside, it is possible to bond in a shorter time than with external heating methods such as heat press. In other words, by using an adhesive with a high dielectric constant, The layer is heated intensively, allowing rapid curing. In addition, heat can be efficiently supplied from drying the raw material veneer 1 from a high moisture content state to subsequent curing of the adhesive. That is, the high frequency current is supplied intensively to the high moisture content area, and the heating is quick and the drying progresses uniformly. Therefore, a smooth transition can be made to the subsequent curing of the adhesive.

Further, since the electrode/surface plate 8.9 is oriented parallel to the adhesive layer, there is a problem that the heating characteristics are not very good.

Same as before. This laminated material veneer 1 has its end surfaces aligned smoothly, and the end surfaces are pressed by upper and lower electrode plates 11 and 12. Further, the laminated raw material veneer 1 is pinched in the lamination direction by a pair of curved pressing dies 13,14. Presser mold 13.
14 is preferably one with low dielectric properties in order to avoid heating.

Apply high frequency from the electrode plates 11 and 12 while clamping with the electrode plates 11 and 12. 15 is an oscillator. In this way, the material veneer 1
The material veneer 1 is made into a curved flitch by simultaneously performing the curve forming and curing of the adhesive. Thereafter, this assembled flitch is sliced at a plane at a constant angle with respect to the laminated surface to obtain an assembled decorative veneer with a predetermined wood grain pattern. The color vM of the wood grain is obtained by dyeing the material veneer 1 before it is laminated! lAdjust.
また、年輪の硬軟は素材単板1の配列で調整する。In addition, the hardness and softness of the annual rings is adjusted by the arrangement of the material veneer 1.

Since the high frequency is applied by arranging the upper and lower electrode plates 11.2 in a direction perpendicular to the upper and lower electrode plates 11.
The interval between 12 is constant. Therefore, even if the laminated thickness changes, there is no need to perform full adjustment, and uneven heating due to poor adjustment will not occur. Therefore, the adhesive can be cured well.

Because dielectric heating is used, the adhesive can be cured quickly. Also, since dielectric heating is performed by sandwiching the laminated veneer material between electrode plates in a direction perpendicular to the laminated surface, the electrode plate can be easily cured even if the laminated thickness changes. The distance between the two does not change, so there is no uneven heating due to variations in the laminated thickness, and defective adhesion can be eliminated.
