Conventionally, methods for strengthening the plywood surface include using the plywood as a substrate, applying paint and cloth to the surface and letting it dry, or layering synthetic resin-impregnated paper on the plywood surface and then heat-pressing it. Is the above processing tmL? Plywood is widely used as decorative plywood and plywood for contour frame frames. However, since the above-mentioned surface treatment is carried out using plywood as a substrate, products manufactured using **sm must be more expensive than the plywood substrate, and there is a limit to how much cost can be reduced.

That is, the present invention involves applying an adhesive to one or both sides of the middle veneer or core veneer, and also applying a thermosetting synthetic resin to the surface of the top veneer, in a common plywood manufacturing process. The most distinctive feature of the l1ii11 method for surface-reinforced plywood, which is characterized by bonding the veneers together by heat pressing and simultaneously curing the thermosetting synthetic resin applied to the surface of the top veneer, is as follows: Thermosetting synthetic resin 11T was applied to the surface of the @It floor veneers prepared in the plywood molding process, and the adhesion of the veneers to each other and the curing of the thermosetting St resin were completed in a single heat-pressing process. Surface reinforced plywood k all jk-j.

Heat-resistant sheet (5) Commonly used films made of synthetic resins such as repropylene, polyester, or polycarbonate. Thickness of metal thin such as thin is 20μ~10
0PI! It's good to have a degree. Note that the back plate veneer, middle plate veneer, etc. are preferably placed on the outlet side of the spreader (3). Each of the veneers arranged as described above was moved as indicated by the arrow in the figure, and a heat-resistant sheet (6) having compatibility was overlaid on the mechanism f1 (6). Insert it into the cold press () and cold press it. The pressing conditions are b~10kg/ell-10~6
The laminated veneer of the plywood molding is inserted between the hot plates of the press (8) with the release sheet (5) placed on its surface, and then hot pressed for about 0 minutes. Then, bond the veneers together and cure the thermosetting synthetic resin applied to the surface of the top veneer to make plywood. The heat pressure conditions are 8~1ak@/r:d-100~
At 120°C the time is determined by the thickness of the plywood. Next, the scissor plywood is taken out from between the hot plates (8) and the heat-resistant sheet (5) placed on the surface thereof is peeled off to form the desired surface-reinforced composite. In the case of this example, thermosetting synthetic wood W is applied to the surface of the top veneer when the veneer is assembled into a plywood structure.
J1 was applied, but the veneer was constructed into a plywood structure and 1 was applied after cold pressing.
111& may be coated with a thermosetting synthetic resin and coated with a heat-resistant sheet. Also net press (8) hot plate II
! If the fluorine coating is coated with a fluoride coating to impart mold releasability, it is possible to omit the use of a heat-resistant sheet with mold releasability.Since the present invention has the above-described configuration, it is possible to omit the use of a heat-resistant sheet that has mold releasability. The surface reinforcement of plywood, which previously required 8 degrees of hot pressing, can now be completed with just one heat pressing.
Productivity can be greatly improved by shortening the precipitate, and the price of each product can be reduced. In addition, the surface of the resulting surface-reinforced IJa1 plywood has been hardened and smoothed by the t-threat** layer, making it suitable for concrete. -) If used as a base plate for the frame, a smooth and good-looking concrete surface can be obtained.
The number of times the frame can be reused can also be greatly increased.

Furthermore, if the obtained plywood is used as a flooring material, it can be used as a highly durable decorative board with a high surface Wk.
