【発明の詳細な説明】
成型物の製造方法に関するものであり、殊に薄型で高精
度を要する樹脂成型物を簡単な工程で製造することを目

従来より、樹脂酸5物を製造する方法′としては■射出
成型法、■注型成型法、■プレス成型、■打ち抜き法等
がある。しかしこれらの成型方法においては、■の方法
では成型物の厚さに下限があり、100μm以下の厚さ
の成型物を作成するのは困難である、■の方法では成型
物の体積収縮率が高い精度を要する成醸物を製造するの
には不適当である、■の方法では成型後成型物にパリが
残り、パリ取りの工程が必要である、■の方法では素材
が薄いエラストマーフィルムに限られ、加工精度が悪い

とし、種々研究考察した結果本発明を完成するに至った
ものである。即ち本発明は、金属板1に成型用凹部2を
設け、その周囲に幅が100μm以下の境界部5を設け
、更にその周囲に幅が200μm以上の溝4を設けた成
型用金型及び該金型の成型用凹部2に粉末状、顆粒状又
はペレット状の熱可塑性樹脂5を充填した後、プレス板
6にて該金型の上部を覆い5kqA以下の圧力を加えた
状態で、前記熱可塑性樹脂5が溶融する温度で加熱し、
しかる後前記プレス板6tこ80&νd以上の圧力を加
えた状態で冷却し溶融樹脂を固化せしめることを特徴と

次に本発明にかかる樹脂成型物の製造方法について説明
する。まず前記の成型用金型の成型用凹部2tこ粉末状
、顆粒状又はベレット状の熱可塑性樹脂5を充填した後

i/d好ましくは50址1以上の圧力を加え、この加圧

り離されて固化するから、成型用四部2に固化した部分
のみを切り離して得られる。粘度の高い熱可塑性樹脂を
用いた場合は成型用凹部2と溝4の部分が連結して固化
することもあり得るが、境界部6の幅が狭いため溝4部
分の固化した樹脂分を容易に切り離すことができる(第

本発明は以上のような成型用金型及び樹脂成型物の製造
方法であるから、本発明にかかる金型な用い、樹脂成型
物の製造方法を適用することによリパリ取りの工程の不
要な樹脂成型物を得ることができる。又、粉末状等の樹
脂を用いて溶融せしめるから薄い成型物や、高精度を要
する樹脂成型物の製造にも適したものである。従って本
発明は時計用パツキン、電子部品用精密フィルター、各
種薄型ギヤ、シール材等の成型物を生産するのに適した
成型用金型及び樹脂成型物のiM造方法であり、産業利
