Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable a plurality of different parts to be assembled by providing a pick-and-place unit adaptable to a plurality of parts of different types and two types of screwing machines. CONSTITUTION:An assembling apparatus is constituted from a part transferring unit 4 adaptable to a plurality of parts of different types and two types of screwing machines 2, 3 so that it is provided with two types of screwing changing-over functions and carry out up to the screwing in the same station with parts being deformed and held. An example of part transferring unit 4 adaptable to a plurality of different parts can transfer the parts with a same chuck for clamping a common portion of the parts and sliding the parts perpendicularly to the transferring direction, and properly moves forward and backward for change-over two screwing machines 2, 3 slidable on an assembling position. Thus, for example, four combinatiolns of two different types of parts and fastening screws can be assembled in the same station.

数種類の部品の組付ができ、しかも占有面積が小さく安
価な板部品変形組付装置を提供するにある。本発明は、
上記目的を達成するため、種類の異なった複数の部品に
適応できる1台の部品搬送装置と2種類のねじ締め機と
を有し、該2種類のねじ締めの切換機能を備え、かつ部
品を変形保持した状態でねじ締めまでを同一スチージョ
ンで行うようにした組付装置を提供するものである。上
記した種類の異なった複数の部品に適応できる部品搬送
装置の一例として、その複数の部品に共通箇所をもたせ
ることにより、搬送方向に対し直角にスライドする同一
チャックで搬送可能とし、また、組付位置上でスライド
可能な2台のねじ締め機を適宜前後させ、切り換えるこ
とにより、例えば2種類の異なる部品と締めねじとの4
通りの組合わせを同一スチージョンで組付可能にし“た
機能を備えたものか得られる。
