示す。 １：標準ガス供給装置、２：遠隔操作、手動用切換スイ
ッチ、３：テストガス源、４−１：テストガス供給ポン
プ、４−２：清浄ガス供給ポンプ、４−３：雰囲気ガス
供給ポンプ、５：清浄ガス源、６：雰囲気ガス源、７：
切替サイクルタイマスイッチ、８：検知部、９：三方コ
ック、１０：本体メータ部、１１：雰囲気ガス供給ポン
プ用切替スイッチ、１２：流量確認計、１３：流量調整
器。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 手動用と遠隔操作用のための切換機構を有する電源入り
    スイッチと、標準ガス、標準ガス空気、雰囲気ガス尋の
    テストガス導入ポンプとの交互切換を行うためのタイマ
    を一体的に組込んでなることを特徴とする検知装置保守
    用標準ガス供給装置。
