DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a prefabricated box-type retaining wall,
Two columns of equal length made of other section steel such as section steel and channel steel fittings,
A plurality of screw bars having a length corresponding to the distance between the two pillars, that is, the width of the retaining wall, and a plurality of screw bars having a length corresponding to the length of one structural unit of the retaining wall. The structural units of the box-shaped retaining wall to be formed are assembled at the construction site, and the structural units are connected to correspond to the required retaining wall length and stacked to the required retaining wall height, and the inside of each structural unit is It is characterized by depositing stone blocks, earth and sand, etc. on a retaining wall, and eliminates the need to transport the heavy equipment necessary for constructing a retaining wall to the construction site, as in the case of conventional concrete retaining walls. The purpose of this project is to standardize the components of the construction site and enable prefabricated construction, thereby simplifying and speeding up on-site assembly and installation work.

, - a plurality of threaded bars 2 having a length corresponding to the length L of the structural unit; and - a box-shaped configuration formed by a plurality of threaded bars 3 having a length corresponding to the width W of the structural unit. In the longitudinal direction of the retaining wall, as shown in FIG. 2, the units are sequentially connected to the pillars of the next constituent unit via threaded bars 2 to form a predetermined length; The final open end in the width direction is closed by connecting the columns 1n and 1'n with a plurality of screw bars 3 having a length corresponding to the width W of the structural unit, and then closed in the height direction of the retaining wall. On the other hand, as shown in Figure 2, the lowest or next threaded bar (
2 or 3) on the lower component unit or on the next threaded bar (3 or 2) in a crosswise manner to form a predetermined height, a predetermined support can be achieved as shown in Fig. 1. Assemble and form the wall shell.

In the above shell assembly, when stacking the structural units in the height direction, for the parts of the nine corners at both ends of the retaining wall where the screw bars do not intersect, for example, as shown in Figure 2, Intersection with the threaded bar 3 can then be achieved by cantilevering the distal end of the threaded bar 2 to a suitable length from the post 1'2 (as indicated by the dotted line 2').

An embodiment of the prefabricated box-type retaining wall of the present invention installed on flat ground has been described above. For example, the standard height H formed by a pair of supports
As shown in the schematic front view of FIG. 4, by preparing the structural unit of height H' in advance, the earth and sand of the irregularly shaped ground shown in the cross-hatched area is removed and the above-mentioned structure is applied to that area. H
'It is possible to construct a part of the lowermost stage of the retaining wall by allocating the unit of height and lay it to a predetermined length in accordance with the shape of the irregular ground.

Further, the retaining wall of the present invention, as shown in the schematic side view of FIG.
By preparing in advance several types of structural units having widths different from the standard width W, such as w', vJ', etc., a stepped portion as shown in Figure 5 is formed to adapt to the topography on the back side of the retaining wall. A retaining wall can be formed.

The prefabricated box-type retaining wall of the present invention having the structure and function described above has extremely few types of component parts for forming the component units, so it is possible to standardize the component parts and facilitate factory production. Assembly tools are also simplified, making prefabricated construction easier.
In addition, because the structure is designed to connect the structural units and assemble and form the outer shell, it is possible to lay the ground according to the ground and topographical conditions, and therefore to perform efficient land leveling work, which is different from the conventional method described at the beginning. The intended purpose is to simplify and speed up the assembly and installation work at the construction site by omitting the transportation of heavy equipment necessary for constructing a retaining wall to the construction site, as in the case of concrete retaining walls. It is to be fully achieved.
