    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 固定金型及び該固定金型に対して進退可能に構成された
    可動金型との両者間に配設した成形品胴部形成用の胴部
    キャビティ部と、該胴部キャビティ部の位置に対して進
    退可能に配設した成形品頭部形成用の頭部キャビティを
    有する半導体樹脂封入成形用の金型装置において、上記
    頭部キャビティを、該頭部キャビティ側と上記胴部キャ
    ビティ部側とのパーティングライン面から離反しない所
    定の方向へ進退可能に構成したことを特徴とする半導体
    樹脂封入成形用金型装置。
