Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明の特徴としては、従来使用していた鋼鉄製のス
パイクビンは全く便用せず、スノータイヤの山の部分（
Ａ）に硬質ゴムと砂鉄、金剛砂、ガラス粒子等を混合さ
せたものを使用します。以上の混合物の粒度、度合によ
って車の制動力は大＠に増します。原理としては冬期間
坂道等にすべり上用の砂箱が設置しであるように、砂等
は雪道やアイスバーンに対しての制動効果があるのです
。
この発明の粉塵の出にくい要因は、従来の鋼鉄製のスパ
イクビンに（らべて混合物質の硬度がやわく、突起が少
ないので、道路を削り取る量は極めて少なくなります。
よって、鋼鉄製のスパイクビンで発生していた粉塵と騒
音は、著しく減少致します。
