  1. 脱気器内の実圧力信号と設定器から予しめ設定された信
    号とを突合せ、その偏差信号が所定値よりも高いか低い
    かを判別する装置と、偏差信号が所定値よりも低いとき
    に減圧弁を徐々に開口する信号を出力する勾配設定器と
    を具備してなる脱気器圧力制御装置。
