荷調節器、１１・・・設定器。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 復水器の真空度を検出して出力信号を発する真空検出器
    と、この真空検出器から送られる真空度検出信号と予め
    設定された基準値とを突合わせ、偏差が生じたときに出
    力信号を発する比較器と、この比較器からの出力信号を
    入力とし、その値に応じた出力信号を空気注入弁、およ
    び冷却水調節弁とに発する負荷調節器とを備えてなる復
    水器の真空制御装置。
