[Background technology] Veneers are laminated with an adhesive interposed between them, adhesive is pressed using a template having an uneven surface, and the resulting laminate (hereinafter referred to as flitch) is sliced. In the manufacturing method of decorative veneer, if you want to express the 11-body concentrated conduit with wavy ring holes peculiar to C, Zelkova, etc., a method such as that in Quantum can be considered.

That is, a plurality of veneers are laminated with an adhesive interposed, and a flat type is pressed to form a flitch (referred to as a primary flitch).
Obtain straight-grain sliced veneers (hereinafter referred to as primary sliced veneers). Then, this veneer is used to create a flitch (called a secondary flitch) using a template with an uneven surface, and then sliced (called a secondary sliced veneer) to express a three-dimensional concentrated conduit. This process is illustrated in FIG. (A) in FIG. 1 shows the first-order play, Chi1. Here 2
is the veneer, and 3 is the adhesive layer. This is sliced with cutter 4. What was obtained is the primary sliced veneer 5 shown in (b). Next, this is placed between mold plates 6 having uneven surfaces and pressed together. In this case, when stacking the primary sliced veneers, they are alternately suspended with other veneers 7. Of course, adhesive is used.

The following method is a method devised by the inventors of the present application,
Is this method significantly superior to conventionally known methods?
With this method, the three-dimensional effect of the concentrated conduit part was not achieved, but the eyes were aligned, which was a problem as it still lacked a natural look. This invention is as follows.
The decision was made in view of the circumstances.

[Disclosure of the Invention] The present invention provides a manufacturing method that is a further improvement on the above-mentioned method, and is based on the above-mentioned method. 1-
The process is characterized in that the veneer plate for the primary flitch is subjected to uneven processing, and the process is carried out in the same manner as described above. It will be described in detail below.

First, prepare a raw material veneer to express the three-dimensional concentrated four-tube. There are no restrictions on the raw material veneer. Then, unevenness processing is applied to this as necessary. This processing is a measure to make the effects of this invention more noticeable. In addition, each time the surface of the unit is made uneven, the irregularities in the three-dimensional concentrated conduit portion become even more noticeable. To create an uneven shape with rough edges, it is possible to make it look like a veneer is given a sheet, or to form uneven grooves, or to provide holes.

In any case, the desired addition can be made using a textured roll or a hole punch. It should be noted that these different unevenness processing methods can also be applied by silk bonding υ. Union-
〇The effect becomes even more noticeable when processed. The veneer plate 8 for primary flinona prepared in this manner is shown in FIG. 2(A). In this figure, there are 9 holes. In this case, the veneer is also treated with an uneven finish that makes it look like a branch. FIG. 2(b) is a diagram showing the manufacturing process of the primary flitch. 3 is an adhesive layer as in FIG. 1 above. As the adhesive, a moisture-curable urethane resin adhesive is used. Note that the effects of the present invention can be further enhanced by mixing wood flour into the adhesive.

10 is a flat mold board. Although the mold plate used here is not intended to be limiting, it is a plate-shaped mold plate, and is pressed to form a flitch. Each time the primary flitch obtained here is sliced in the straight grain direction, a primary sliced veneer 11 as shown in FIG. 2(c) is obtained. As seen in the figure, in this veneer 12, the streaks expressed by the end surface of the original veneer 8 are interrupted in the middle, the thickness of the streaks changes, and the streaks waver due to the unevenness processing. Note that the adhesive used here is preferably a moisture-curable adhesive, such as a urethane resin adhesive. This adhesive foams during flitching and is suitable for conduit expression. The following FIG. 2(d) is a process diagram for manufacturing the secondary flitch, where 12 is a concave-convex plate, and 13 is a laminate of the primary sliced veneer 11 and the raw material veneer 2.

FIG. 3 shows a perspective view of the main part of the decorative veneer 14 obtained by slicing the previously obtained secondary flitch. Here, 15 is a three-dimensional concentration conduit section. As you can see here, the conduit parts are not evenly aligned, creating a three-dimensional, natural-looking conduit expression.

First, irregular and small-scale irregularities were formed on the veneer a using a template having an uneven surface, and then small holes were formed using a punch. Next, a mixture of urethane 6, adhesive and wood flour was laminated with a mixture interposed therebetween and pressed together using a flat mold with a low pressure press to obtain a primary flitch. This was sliced to obtain a primary veneer. Next, the first sliced veneer and the veneer were alternately laminated with a urethane adhesive interposed therebetween, and a concave-convex mold was used to press and bond them in the usual manner to obtain a secondary flitch. Next, it was sliced to obtain a laminated decorative veneer that had both a three-dimensional and natural feel.

[Effect] The present invention laminates raw material veneers with an adhesive interposed,
Press it with a mold plate to make a primary flitch, then slice this so that the straight grain appears to make the primary slice veneer, 1
This is a method of manufacturing laminated decorative veneers by stacking the next sliced veneers together with adhesive again and alternating with raw veneers for 10 times, pressing them with a concave-convex die to form a secondary flitch, and slicing this. Since the raw material veneer is characterized in that the raw material veneer is preliminarily textured, it is possible to express the three-dimensional concentrated conduit peculiar to the corrugated annular hole material with a high degree of naturalness and three-dimensional effect.
