(b) Conventional technology In the production of so-called laminated veneers, raw veneers are cut out from logs using rotary lace, etc., which are bleached and pre-dyed as necessary, and then laminated with an adhesive interposed. This is done by clamping the material between molds having an uneven surface, forming a flitch, and then slicing this.

The above-mentioned basic manufacturing method has been put into practical use with various additions to make it more similar to natural precious wood. For example, the following method has been implemented to express the three-dimensional concentrated conduit part unique to the wavy ring-hole shrine using the above-mentioned assembly technique.

However, even though the above method does not represent the conduit part in the canopy, it is done using adhesive and a middle plate, and has the disadvantage of lacking a three-dimensional effect. It also had the disadvantage that the agent did not enter and the wiping effect was not effective.

Therefore, a method was devised in which a foam layer is formed between the veneers during the primary flitch formation. However, when a foaming adhesive is applied to a veneer and the veneer is laminated and foamed, the low molding pressure, together with the drawback that poor adhesion occurs when slicing the primary flitch.

Furthermore, there is a method of inserting foam between veneers and laminating and adhering them, but it is difficult to manufacture thin foam sheets, and when laminating veneers and foam sort, it is difficult to make thin foam sheets. The adhesive entered the holes and blocked them, resulting in a disadvantage that wiping could not be performed during the wiping process.

(d) Disclosure of the Invention This invention applies a urethane adhesive to a raw material veneer, foams and hardens it, then applies an adhesive to the opposite side (non-foamed side), and then laminates and presses it. The method is characterized in that a primary flitch is obtained, and thereafter a primary sliced veneer and a secondary flitch are sequentially applied to form a laminated decorative veneer.Hereinafter, an explanation will be given with reference to the drawings shown as examples.

First, a urethane adhesive is applied to a dyed veneer 2 (FIG. 1) that has been dyed to a desired color and humidity controlled, and then foamed. The foaming conditions are not limited in any way, and conditions may be selected so that a desired foamed layer can be obtained. For example, to express an oak conduit, the amount of urethane adhesive applied is 100 g.
/rr+ coating and foaming at room temperature is preferred. In addition, the thickness of the foam layer and the size of the bubbles are designed to match the tree species being expressed.

Next, an adhesive is applied to the non-foamed surface of the veneer 2 having the foamed layer 1, and the veneer 2 is laminated and pressed using a flat plate mold to form a primary flitch (FIG. 2). Further, it is sliced to a desired thickness to obtain a primary sliced veneer 3 (FIG. 3).

In the present invention, the reason why the adhesive is applied to the raw material veneer and foamed in advance is that the adhesive partially penetrates into the veneer during foaming and curing to form a strong adhesive layer. It's for a reason. Furthermore, since the adhesive is applied on the side opposite to the foam layer, the primary flitch has good adhesive strength.

First, a urethane foaming agent was applied to the above veneer at a rate of 100 g/m' and foamed and cured. Next, 80g/d of urethane adhesive was applied to the opposite side of the veneer having the foam layer, laminated, and pressed together using a flat plate press at a pressure of 5 kg/m.
A first-order flitch was obtained. Next, slice this into 0.31 thick pieces and use a saw to obtain the first slice.

These primary sliced veneers and dyed veneers were layered alternately with the same adhesive (applied amount: 80 g/rJ), and pressed using a mold with an uneven surface at a pressure of 10 kg/rrr. A secondary flitch was obtained, which was then sliced into 0.61-thick pieces to obtain a laminated decorative veneer.

[Part 2: Comparative Example] Using the raw material veneer obtained by dyeing and humidity control in Example 1 above, a urethane foam with a thickness of 0 or 2 times previously prepared and the veneer were bonded with a urethane adhesive. 1.
After obtaining the next flitch, the second flitch was obtained in the same manner as in Example 1, and the veneer obtained by slicing was subjected to a wiping process, but the adhesive penetrated into the pores of the foam layer, resulting in the wiping process. No effect of treatment was observed.
