第１図は、従来の気体動圧ラジアル軸受を用いた小形モ
ーターの縦断面図、第２図および第３図は、この考案に
よる気体動圧ラジアル軸受の一実施例を示し、第２図は
軸受の縦断面図、第３図は軸部材に焼結部材を固着する
プレス成形の説明図である。実施例の符号中、１１０は
ハウジング、１２０は回転部材、１２１は軸部材、１２
２は焼結部材、１２２は焼結部材、１３０は受部材、１
４０は鋼球である。

Claims (4)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）円筒状のラジアル内周面を有するハウジングと、
    前記ラジアル内周面と対向して共働するラジアル外周面
    を備えた回転部材からなり、かつ、前記ラジアル内周面
    およびラジアル外周面の少くとも一方に動圧発生用のみ
    ぞを備えている気体動圧ラジアル軸受において、前記回
    転部材は軸部材と、該軸部材の外周部に固着されて前記
    ラジアル外周面を備えている焼結部材とにより構成され
    ていることを特徴とした気体動圧ラジアル軸受。
  2. （２）実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項において、焼結部
    材に固体潤滑剤を含浸した気体動圧ラジアル軸受。
  3. （３）実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項において、焼結部
    材にセラミックコーティングを施した気体動圧ラジアル
    軸受。
  4. （４）実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項、第２項、第３項
    のいずれかにおいて、ハウジングと焼結部材をそれぞれ
    熱膨張率の近似な材質とした気体動圧ラジアル軸受。
